Jack Zwingli
Head of ISS Incentive Lab

A well-known executive and market leader in executive compensation and corporate governance, Jack leads Incentive Lab’s overall growth. Before joining Incentive Lab, Jack headed the Information Services division of Farient Advisors, an executive compensation consulting firm, launching a successful pay for performance research service as well as authoring ground breaking research on executive pay and performance. Jack was CEO of GMI Ratings for the merger and integration of three research businesses into what became a global governance leader. He also spent over a decade at Standard & Poor’s (S&P) where he had overall management responsibility for many of S&P’s well-known business lines, driving the global growth of businesses such as the S&P index business.

Jack's public speaking and writing have made him a recognized expert and influential voice on executive compensation, corporate governance and risk analysis. He has been widely quoted and interviewed in various media channels, and recognized as one of the '100 Most Influential Players in Corporate Governance' by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

Jack earned his B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University and his M.B.A. from Rutgers University.

Roy Saliba
Head of Products

As Head of Products, Roy is responsible for developing and implementing Incentive Lab’s products and services. With extensive experience in product management and software development, Roy is responsible for defining the overall product strategy, development, and launching of new products and services. Roy works closely with clients, partners, and industry professionals to deliver innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of executive compensation practitioners.

Prior to joining Incentive Lab, Roy served as the Vice President of Product Management at Equity Methods and as a Senior Product Manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was responsible for the overall strategy and management of financial reporting products used by large public companies to properly value and account for their equity compensation instruments.

Roy holds both Finance and Computer Information System degrees from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
